'Wurstfinger' is a series of narrative, sequential images that form a wordless book that Tim created for a competition at the Bologna Children's Book Festival, Italy (2004)

"The idea i came up with was to have a character called 'Wurstfinger' (Sausage fingers) who dreams of being a musician in an orchestra, but he is hindered every time he tries any of the different instruments by his huge hands... until one night he has a dream which at first he didn't understand, but it shows him what he should of been all along - the conductor of the orchestra! Then with his huge expressive hands he gets the orchestra to play the best they have ever played before, and thousands of people come from miles around to see him perform."

All images are drawn in pencil, then colourized digitally, the original drawings are on A3 sized paper. Prints are available.
